Hello Doctor, From past 3 days I'm suffering from back and neck pain. This was due to the reason that I fell down hitting my back before 3 days. And some areas of my back and neck seems to be swollen. Can you with your suggestion regarding the treatment and the doctor to be consulted? Thank you.
