Need to one more view of mri to check for disc prolapse and cord compression . If it’s significant then have to go for surgery if conservative treatment fails .

Fracture has decreased vertebral height more than 50% and there is retropulsion (backward movement) of the vertebral body - it is causing compression Might require surgery
Next Steps
Take the medications, consult a spine surgeon
Health Tips
Avoid bending forward/lifting weights

There is compression fracture L2, with pressure on nerve roots. Since how long? This may need surgical intervention to decompress the nerve roots.
Next Steps
Use lumbar belt, bed rest. Etoricoxib is just pain killer. Consult orthopaedic specialist.

Hello MRI is showing old healed fracture of one of your back bone. This causes tremendous pain in back and if nerve involvement is there leg pain too. Normally in acute setting one needs rest for 2-3 weeks for fracture to get gummy. Once it becomes gummy we ask patient to start moving around with supportive belt. Usually fracture heals on its own in 2-3 months. If even after 3 months fracture is not healing it can be manage with bone forming medicine. Coming to your second question Yes permanant treatment in the form of intervention like surgery are available to know more please consult a spine specialist near you.
Next Steps
Please consult a spine specialist to know more
Health Tips
Avoid sitting long time, use back brace. Check for heel walking and toe walking regularly or any change in urine habits…if any of these changes happn please consult spine specialist near you immidiately.
