My baby is 10 months old,he is pooping multiple times in a day  as his teeth is coming.is it normal?

Teething and diarrhea When babies start getting teeth they tend to put everything in their mouth. Also at same age they start crawling and walking so they tend to explore things around which makes them very vulnerable for stomach infection.
