Baby sweating

My daughter is 6 months old and weights 7.7 kg. She had fever last two days back and it has subsided. Now she is taking cold medicine Hicop and kofarest.?cold is improving but I notice she is sweating in head, neck area and in body more than usual while I put her under blanket . Sweating is bit high and it was never like that before. Is it some issue? She is active , feeding well, passing urine stool normally.

Watch for sweating through out the day, sweating only with blanket on is not an issue otherwise normal. Continue direct feeds and watch for urine output, baby should be passing 5-6 times urine a day. If sweating through out the day or decreased urine then you have to consult a paediatrician.
