My 2.5 months old baby girl is rubbing her eyes continuously. I don't know the reason for this sometimes she is rubbing hardly.. How to avoid this? Will this lead to any serious issues?

Please visit a pediatric ophthalmologist (eye doctor ) as it's continuous. It should get better with treatment. It's not usually serious
