Baby movements in 26 weeks

I'm 26 weeks pregnant. At times I feel strong baby movements continously for some time. But then again after some time there's no movement for 3-4 hours. Then again after that I feel movements continously. Only sometimes I feel strong kicks rest only soft movements. Is it normal?

Yes it's normal. Once you reach 30 weeks you will start feeling rhythmic patten of movements of baby. So don't worry also doctors will provide you chart for marking fetal kicks daily so relax. And start counting movements once 30 weeks reached. Wish you happy and healthy pregnancy Regards Dr Prajakta Mahajan Fertiflix Women's Clinic Pune
