If this is your first baby it's ok. You might feel the movement properly after one - two weeks. If the scan and echo is normal. No need to worry . Proper fetal movements are felt after 28 weeks . Still you can try and feel after meals by lying on one left side for hour . You can feel slight fluttering or bubbles in lower abdomen .

*Why you may not feel movements:* - Anterior placenta can cushion kicks, making them less noticeable. - Early pregnancy (24 weeks) – movements are often subtle initially. - Baby’s position or size can affect perception.
Next Steps
Contact your obstetrician immediately for fetal monitoring (kick count or non‑stress test) to ensure baby’s wellbeing.

The perception of fetal movements is totally subjective.Specially when you have a anterior placenta the perception can be less even with normal fetal movements. Provided the scan is normal no need to worry much
