My 2 months old baby making strange noises and pulls her leg while sleeping. Also she seems very fussy before passing stool. Is this due to gas?Do I need to worry? Iam having homeopathic medicine for allergy and asthma.Does this affect my baby.She sometimes vomits after feeding. Heard it's natural that babies vomit. When should we concerned about vomiting.

All that u have described seems like normal behavior for babies. Also vomiting after feeds is normal unless she vomits after each feed or is not gaining weight. It's difficult to say about homeopathic medicine, most likely won't affect the baby
