My 1 month old baby keeps making grunting noise like clearing her throat. She also cried during feeding today. Is this a sign of reflux? If yes, how to manage it?

It's difficult to understand  what exactly u mean by saying grunting noise.  Please see ur pediatrician with a video of ur baby's  sleep having that sound for better interpretation.
