Baby is not passing stool for 5 days

Hi doctors, Is it normal that my baby is not passing stool for 5 days. We feel it is disturbing and he is not sleeping well sometimes due to that. But we are not sure. He is 48 days old taking feed and passing urine regularly. But this week he is not passing stool and not sleeping well also. Kindly guide us. Thank you!
