Hello, trauma to head is to be worried of must be observed for 24 hours for the following symptoms : 1. Loss of consciousness 2. Seizure 3. Epistaxis 4. Vomiting episode 5. Abnormal behaviour or headache. If there are none of the above symptoms in 24 hours, no need to worry.
