PLEASE do NOT associate loose motions to vaccination. Stop mother and bottle feeds. Give 2 milk feeds and 4 solid meals in 24hours,which MUST include bananas and curd. Give ORS after every motion IF watery. If not accompanied by other symptoms,no medicine needed.
