First check with the tastes she likes. Some babies prefer sweet, some may not. If she likes sweet then you start with mashed and strained fruits like pear, banana or apple. If she doesnt like sweet, start with porridge made with washed, sun dried and powdered rice and masoor dal adding a pinch of salt to it or mashed potato with a small pinch of salt to it.
