Is it advisable to use AC when baby is suffering from 102 fever...what immediate remedies can we do except using cold stips on body

Yes you can. Keep temperature at 25°C. If child becomes uncomfortable then stop the AC.

Syp Calpol you can use. And sudden drop environments temperature may harm. So AC should be at around 25 to 27 in case of medical conditions.
