Baby diet chart

My daughter is now 5 months 12 days old. Whether we can start giving food. If yes what type of food We can give. If u have any food chart please share me. It will be better if u share any food chart to follow. Thanks in advance

Generally supplementary feeding is started at 6 months of age. It is a good idea to introduce one item at a time so that allergy if any can be noticed . I presume that you are already giving orange juice since two months of age , if not start that . After that start with suji kheer followed by dal , Khichadi , meshed potatoes, meshed banana . Introduce in such a manner that by 9 months of age child can take all items in semisolid form from your plate . Giving a diet chart is unnecessary chikdren also have mood & demand variations .as a general rule what I told you is fine

If possible Start complementary feed after completed 6 months..start with dal ka pani,rice ka pani etc,  liquid diet only after 1.5 to 2months of it give semisolid food....

Yes you can start early if baby is very keen on trying new food or if you are about to start your job . Otherwise wait for full 6 months

Complementary  foods  is to be  introduced  by   6  months of age , beginning with  pureed /mashed foods. Infants /baby  should  be  offered  2-3  meals per day  plus  frequent  breastfeeds.  If  required  an additional 1-2  snacks  may  be  given.  The  amount  of  food  offered  should  be  around  2-3  Tablespoons  or half  of  a  250  ml cup.
