Bump can show from 22-24 weeks. Do not worry about that If scan is normal. Also, in 1st trimester, usually 1-2 kg weight gain is advisable. Soo your weight gain is adequate. Do not worry about it.

Your ultrasound scan is normal .you need not worry about baby bump. More visible after 24 weeks.

If as per the ultrasound the growth of the babies is normal you don't have to look at the baby bump Have smaller meals and concentrate more on a protein rich diet
