Baby born with 31.5 head circumference at 37.4 weeks with 2.5 kg .. is this normal? Now after 1 month baby weight is 3.5 and head circumference is 34 cm Is this normal?

Weight was adequate at birth and significant gain is also present. But the head circumference was on the lower side, at birth as well as presently. Head circumference has increased, but it falls in lower normal range.  Will require detailed antenatal history and direct physical examination to look for any further advice.
