Baby is having sore throat since 24th august friday so treatment started is crixan syrup and nutrolin-B syrup for 7 days and now she is suffering from dry cough from today so please advice some good treatment as soon as possible.

u can give syp levocetrizine 2•5 ml once in a day..night time before sleep..for 3 days... if no improvmnet than pls go to near by pediatrician ..physical xamination must at that time
