My baby girls birth weight is 2.8kg..In my pre delivery scans from 8th month, it was mentioned that baby is SGA, all measurements were as per gestational age except abdominal circumference lagging by 3 weeks.. Today she is 3 and half months old and her weight is 4.9 kg.. Is her weight gain ok? She is on exclusive breastfeeding..
