You can include vitamin B12 rich food in your daily diet like fish, meat, poultry, eggs, milk, and milk products. Vitamin B12 is generally not present in plant foods, but fortified breakfast cereals can do , incase you have a vegetarian diet.
I have recently had blood check in that my vitamin b12 is 148L and vitamin D25 is 11.9L
