B12 safe or not with antipsychotic drugs

My wife was diagnosed with post partum pscychois.currently she is taking antipsychotic drugs(respi,futee,clonzepam,etc.) Is it ok to take vitamin b 12 supplement with these antipsychotic drugs.? Is there any side effects of taking b12 with these antipsychotic drugs!

Actually Vit B12 will be beneficial along with these treatments. Usually during post partum psychotic patch, vitamin deficiency is common due to poor food intake. You can continue medicines and B12 together. No problem at all.
