B12 - 177 Ferritin - 14 (taking iron pills) I am having yellow/pale skin, formication, pins and needles, dizziness, weakness which I think is due to b12 and nerve problems High dose of b12 not suiting me as I get acne and injections don't suit me , can I take mixture of b1(100mg), b6(5mg) and b12(65 mcg) - b12 in this is low but will it improve it and how long Please suggest. I can't take dairy or non veg since I have stomach problems or what b12 to take for no acne
