B12 is not absorb properly I have acidity and gas problem due to h pylori infection I was taken treatment for h pylori but after 2 years still have stomach issues how to heal this issue?

If b12 oral suppliments are not working then injectables have to be started. H pylori has high recurrence rate. GASTRITIS may recur even without h pylori. Treatment has to be accordingly.
