My B12 levels are 138..Does that effect my pregnancy?HOW MUCH IT SHOULD BE AND WHAT IS THE SOURCE OF B12 IF WE ARE VEGETARIANS

Hello. B12 levels would be more than 200. Yours is slightly low. You can take B12 supplements and continue throughout pregnancy. It will not affect your pregnancy as such but B12 deficiency can lead to anemia. For vegetarians, milk products can provide B12
