I have b12 deficiency- 180pg/ml i dont take any animal products. Please tell me name of the medication and dosage. Or shall i take supplements instead of medicines. Since i do not consume b12 through diet i would ask for some medication

B12 is best absorbed by parenteral route,so u need to take i.m injection of vitamin B12 alternate day 7doses
