B12 deficiency

I have done few test bcz of body ache and fatigue from past one week my haemoglobin is 10 and b12 is 170 lower then normal range, I have acidity issues can it b the cause and what can be done about it ",kindly suggest

Vit b gets absorbed in the gut , nothing to do with stomach . For upset stomach take esodof 40, or Tab Ranidom dsr before breakfast and also take Tab Vit B complex

Your B12 level is not very bad. You are continuing with the B complex supplements. Please get a complete health checkup done from one of the Multinational Laboratories. It may throw some light on the cause of fatiguability.

Deficiency of Vitamin B12 cause peripheral neuropathy means pain on the peripheral area body like hand and leg unilaterally or bilaterally. On the basis of your sign and  symptom as you have told that your sign and symptom like body ache and fatigue from one week.
