Hello dr. I'm a boy with B positive blood group and girl with O negative blood group so can i able to have healthy child

Yes absolutely (if you meant that you are a man and the girl your wife) The only concern is women with O-ve blood group if delivers a baby with any +ve blood group have a risk of early jaundice which is preventable if detected early
