My b 12 is 180.. and i hv sore throat from last 2 months.. andrecurring mouth ulcers from last 10 days.. i have mouth jaw and gums swelling and throat swelling as well..

B complex deficiency can cause oral ulcers..have tablet neurobion fort once daily.. For the swelling...try sharing a pic, ..need further details to treat well

It's ok no problem take cap b complex , Tab limcee and maintain oral hygiene properly For sore throat try to gargling with warm salt water  And if wanna take more help I need to evaluate it First it will detailed history , so  u can consult me online ....have good time stay happy stay healthy
