I have read that there is an inverse relationship between vitamin B7 and B5. Does vitamin B12 too have an inverse relationship with any other b-vitamin? If it does then with which b- vitamin does it have an inverse relationship?

Hi Two steps are required for the body to absorbed vitamin b12  from food. First, hydrochloric acid in the stomach separates vitamin B12  from the protein to which vitamin  b12 is attached in food. After this, vitamin B 12 combines with a protein made by the stomach called intrinsic factor and is absorbed  by the body. So inverse relationship with other vitamin b does not take place .
