Ayurvedic treatment for anxiety

Hello Doctor, I am suffering from chronic anxiety and currently I am under allopathic treatment but it's not helping me much. Is there any treatment available for anxiety in Ayurveda?

Hi You can start this medicine along with ur old medicine, then gradually skip that medicine. Aswal plus 2 hs Sadamanjil choornam half teaspoon at night. Tab sensize 1bid

Take proper rest and sound sleep at list for 6-8 Hours. Take plenty of water and juices specially rich in vitamin C n Antioxidants like lemon, Orange and amla. Do regular exercise like walking, cycling and swimming. Start doing some meditation and yoga eg:Surynamaskar, Omkar, Anulom vilom, Kapal Bhati and Bhramri. You can listen your favorite song or music in low volume. Involve yourself in social activities and hobbies that you love to do. Be positive by listening motivational speech eg.
