If you missed ur regular period and pregnancy test positive than u should take medicine for abortion.
Before that we should confirm intra uterine pregnancy by ultrasound.

If less than 6 weeks n no heart beat
Medicine will be given
If more she will need surgical evacuation
She will call u back on day 11 of pills to confirm on an ultrasound that the process is complete
