Can we take ashwagandha arishta along with English medicines (clonezepam 0.5 and inderal la 20 mg) prescribed for anxiety and blood pressure.will it lead to any side effects or problems if we take them together .please advise .

Better dont mix ayurvedic and allopathic medicines for anxiety and blood pressure..taking Aswagandharishta alone for above said symptoms wont give you result
