Is endometrium hysteroscopy & D&C different from endometrial biopsy. My mother underwent hysteroscopy D&C for AUB for heavy and irregular bleeding. Report came as Disordered proliferative endometrium and doctor has started 21 days primolut N treatment Do we need Biopsy also for this case ? What is flow is heavy even after the hormone therapy? Please suggest if any malignancy risk is there even after normal D& c report
