Is Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder a mental illness? The government provides certificate for mental illness so can i get this certification?

No I don't think you can get certificate. Although it's treatable. Seek help

Yes, ADHD is a childhood psychiatric disorder which can be treated easily successfully. Govt doesn't provide certification for any psychiatric disorder which is completely treatable such as ADHD.
