We  do appreciate your effort to address your concern.  Currently  you are addressing your anxiety through pharmacological method. Its better that if you consult your doctor regarding the dose of your medication.  However, your anxiety can be managed with psychotherapy with cognitive behavior therapy  in particular.  On a longer run we need to address the cause of your anxiety and help you deal with it in an effective way through  therapy.
