This is my mother's report. She us already a diabetic patient and she have other problems as well. She have been taking the medicines for last 4 years now. Hypertension and Arthritis is also problems. Please suggest if there is something to worry about if the creatinine is high.

If creatinine is high, it should be properly evaluated for kidney disease. It may be because of diabetic nephropathy or having some reversible kidney disease. Consult a Nephrologist ASAP for complete evaluation and treatment.
