I have been suffering from acute Atopic Dermatitis for several years. I have consulted a number of doctors, got several tests done with very little respite. I have itching over my arms and back area, usually starts around late after noon. Get dry patches of skin. Question is basic - is there a cure to this disease? Or should it be considered a regular affair?

It has to be treated in the acute stage when the eczema is present. Some maintenance strategies can keep it under good control. Please call me or send photos using online consult option for proper examination diagnosis and treatment advice. A lot of useful tips can prevent recurrence.

Hello ! If you have been diagnosed with atopic dermatitis it must have been when you were a toddler. Usually the severity of atopic dermatitis comes down with increasing age. There is no permanent cure for the same but we can definitely help you with some medicines and some precautions so that you have symptomatic improvement.
