Ate food eaten by rat

2023-08-09 10:51:18
I accidentally ate two breads from a packet of bread which a rat had eaten from. I toasted the bread before eating to make my sandwich. My sister told me 6 hours later that rat had eaten from that packet. What should I do I'm very scared. Should I take some injection or something.
