I tested covid positive through Rapid antigen test on 3rd may. I am asymptomatic having mild cough. Wat medications should I take? My wife is also covid positive and we have 3.5 years old baby with us.So plz suggest medicine

First and foremost isolate you three from  grandparents or any elderly person... Symptomatic treatment is all that is required with multivitamin and antacid...
Next Steps
get COVId antibodies done...as children are not much cooperative with nasal sample for RT pcr
Health Tips
get good hydration to all three of you...n 6hourly check oxygen saturation and heart rate
