Hi I have asthma problem since 10 years, I don't smoke and drink and I am a non-vegetarian. I am using inhaler. My family doctor says that this is the allergy but I want to cure my self from this.

Pl identify the allergens causing ,allergy,and avoid it.pl take anti histamines,and bronchodilators, pl consult Pulmonologist online with all the reports and treatment taken.
