I had fell down on the toilet and hurt my mouth and nose. I have attached a picture of the affected area. Pls tell me if meeting a dentist is required. Or is it a normal thing which would heal on its own?

hello, you need to visit a dentist. you need to get an x-ray done to evaluate trauma to the tooth. if yes, you need to get it treated. trauma to lips will heal in some days. apply an antiseptic cream to the lips under the guidance of the dentist.

Please visit a dentist soon so that an x ray can be taken and the front tooth evaluated.  Also u will need an antibiotic course to prevent any infection along with an analgesic to relieve any pain present.
