There is no hard and fast rule. In some patients emergency contraception may fall completely, in some it may cause withdrawal bleeding within 5-6 days after taking ec pill. In the case of your GF there is overlapping of the day of bleeding whether it is withdrawal bleeding or it is normal period which is due on the same date. So she will get her periods around 7-8 March.
