Doctor i took Rabies Vaccine dose i.m on 18th November 2023 but today on 20th November A Street dog scratch me with Nails No deep wound just skin redness and drop like blood comes out so should again I have to take booster of rabies vaccine ?

You didn't mention how many total doses of ARV you have taken this time. If the dose on 20 November was the fourth dose then you should take one more dose. If it was fifth dose then no further ARV is required. If it was first or second dose then you have to complete the course.
