Is it safe to fix the artificial tooth using the by using the implant. Is this safe way to get the artificially fix the tooth

It is safe procedure unless you have any mojor/serious medical condition. Implant success depends upon bone support available. Doctor will advise you blood tests and 3D scans. Implants need 3-4 months to adapt well in bone.
