Arthroscopic decompression of cyst

I was diagnosed with cyst in knee in June. I am not able to climb stairs and feel restricted movement. I am able to walk and perform daily routine task. Should I opt for surgery as suggested recently or should i wait? What are the risk involved with surgery?

Share MRI reports. May not need surgery, depends on location of cyst.
