I hv arthritis problem and muscular pain in both legs and lumber pain also. i hv attached my MRI scan report plz explain about my report and suggest me medication

what arthritis u have? ur MRI report if normal... paraspinal musle spasm is there .. that may be due to some injury or wrong posture or excessive ezcericises.
