Arthritis in legs

I have an arthritis for 9 years , i have a pain in the ankles , heels and right knee , especially when i woke up , the x rays said that i havent any problem in bones and analysis said i have an arthristis only , i took a lot of medicines for arthritis but i get well for short time and return back , i am taking now Cortezone medicine and alot of vitamens: vitamen d and also methotrexate injection for protection purpose my ankles right knee and foot fingers get also swelling from time to time

Steroids only gives temporary relief. If treat the problem from it's root cause...then u need a proper stretching and strengthening protocol from qualified physiotherapist.
