Armpit lump

I have lump in armpit from 2 year .it was small in size but increased now little bit.yesterday it discharged white pus with bad smell when I pressed it . Is there any matter to concern ? Sir kindly suggest me what to do .

Hi, Incase if it is an abscess, single course of oral antibiotics is enough with or without Incision and Drainage. If new lesions keep on occuring, scars occur, then Hidradenitis suppurative /  Scrofuloderma has to be ruled out
