Hello all, my doctor suggested me arminol 20 for anxiety 3 times a day. I take Nebistar 2.5 mg in the morning for BP. So can I take Arminol 20 along with Nebistar in the morning. Is it safe to take both?

Both the medications work on reducing the sympathetic tone and thus reducing pulse, BP may lead to episodes of giddiness or fall with sudden posture change. Have no said so, both can be taken together but monitoring of BP and pulse regularly.
Next Steps
Anxiety symptoms may need other potent medications to resolve it if it doesn’t resolve with Arminol. Should revisit the psychiatrist if needed.
Health Tips
Change of posture can lead of sudden drop in blood pressure and initiate a fall, so be cautious of the same. Rest nothing to worry if vitally stable.

Since you are already on bp medications, 60mg of arminol is not advisable. It might cause a fall in bp and pulse rate. Your anxiety should be treated by some other drugs.
