Dear sir, good evening my mom have been suffering from arm pain from last 7 days . she is not felling well because of arm bone pain .what should I do. I consult to Dr .mother use medicine provided by Dr agarwal from last 3 days but there is no improvement .pain is constant pls help me out.. she is 45 years old.

Neck Exercises. Neck Stretching. Postural Correction. Shoulder Shrugs. Take frequent Breaks at work. Core Strengthening Exercises. Use cervical pillow. Use Back Support. Self Massage the back of neck.
